Requesters - Import from AD Not importing Employee ID
When we import users from AD, the Employee ID field does not get populated. I would think that for most companies the Employee ID is a very important part of any user profile. What field in AD does this value get pulled from? We have populated the following fields in AD but this value still does not appear in Service Desk.
In AD we have populated:
employeeID
employeeNumber
Does service desk actually import the employee ID?
