I am stuck at the requesters tab.  I can't import AD since I (assume) don't have permissions (domain level as servicedesk plus puts it) on the domain controller to import the accounts.  I try to import a "csv" file that has all the users that would be considered requesters.  I am not sure about the self service access details.  I don't have the passwords (nor would I want), to all the accounts I want to import.  The second question I have is since this is a list of active directory accounts can I have them sign on using AD auth and pass through? 

Is there better documentation to guide me through this part of the setup. Page 320 and 321 help explain how to set it up but I am stuck at the self service access details. I assume the problem is the app doesn't know these are active directory accounts, but how do I continue and use active directory accounts since I don't have permission to import active directory accounts
