Requester to close own incident/service request via self service portal

Requester to close own incident/service request via self service portal

Hello, I would like to suggest an enhancement that would enable the requester/user to be able to close their own incident or service request via the self service portal.

I understand they can close it once a technician has resolved it. But we would like the functionality for the user to close it prior to a technician resolving it.
