Requester/technicians showing user id instead of full name
After upgrading to 7004 my requesters and technicians are showing as their user ids instead of their full name.
For example:
The user "Michael Jordan" is showing up as mjordan.
This product is plagued with issues. Every "upgrade" breaks more than it fixes. It is unbelievably frustrating. Dont get me started on the phone support!
