In builds 14740 and 14810 (our production and test builds currently), when requesters use the Search in the navigation bar, it behaves as though it is forced to be the Request ID search. It does not provide any other options and creates errors when searching by a text string. Possible errors include:
- Please enter numeric values for Request ID. - Error received when performing search from the Requests tab.
- FAILURE :Invalid Request ID. - Error received when performing search from the Home tab.
The same does not happen for technicians. As a technician I am able to search by string and get results. I am also able to select different modes.
Is this some sort of configuration issue? I can't find any settings in Admin that seem to pertain to search.
