In Technician notifications we have alert - Alert(or Notify) technician by e-mail when there is a new reply from the requester.

 

Is it possible to add similar alert in Requester Notifications - Notify requester when there is a new reply for his request (it can be send by technician or someone else). This would reduce the time to watch for changes in requests.
