Does anyone know how to amend the Requester Notification " Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is updated." to include any details of what was actually updated.

For instance if i change the of a ticket to On-Hold and add the message "Requires requester input" how do i get this detail added into the requester notification?

Any help or guidance greatly appreciated.
