Requester name
Hello...
I would like to know if I can change how I receive a requester messsage. Meaning, instead of 'Dear Smith, John,' can I change it to 'Dear John Smith,'.
This is with the 'E-Mail acknowledgement to requester on submitting a new request' Notification template.
I am running SD V6.0.0.14.
