Requester Login Name Auto-fill in "Requester Details" section of new incident
Dear Sir,
We have all users imported from AD, and there is "login name" in the requester database. However, there is no such field in the requester details section of incident form. Is it possible that I can add one additional field which will auto-filled by login name when I choose the requester? Thanks a lot~
