When one of our requesters logs into the Managed Service Engine they are only able to view the "Home" page and cannot see their requests. They are unable to move away from the home screen... is there a way to do this or a setting that allows them to see their requests?

 

The requester is set to a site, a department and is allowed to view all their departments requests
