Hi, i have a trouble

 

 

I make a new requester and add him to "Site" Company 1 (for example) 

 

When i create a new request(ticket) the field "site" always default with value "not any place"and doesn't change to Company 1 or any other automaticaly.

Is there any way to fix it or maybe i did something wrong?
