Hi Team,

We've enabled the automatic approval process for adding users to a shared mailbox and have set it up to go to the manager of requester which is working correctly, however some users are submitting the request on behalf of another user which then sends approval too far up the chain of command.

I've tried to make the requester field editable by the requester but dont seem to be able to achieve this. The idea being that when requesters managers submit, they can change the field to the user so the approval comes to them directly.

I've also noticed some failures in the Azure Integration when setting this up. Azure is supposed to be updating the Manager field in requester profile but this doesnt seem to happen. I've seen this happen with one of our long standing techs and have confirmed on my side that he has the correct manager set.

Is there a reason this integration wouldnt be updating the users manager dynamically, as it updates daily? And does anyone know how to enable the requester field, from the requesters perspective?
