Requester doing reports
Hi,
If I understood correctly a requester could be permitted to generate reports if it is associated with the SDReport role. Here is the description of SDReport: "This is a mandatory role for ServiceDesk product which when associated to a technicians/requesters allows him/her generate reports. Hence it cannot be edited or deleted.
The question is: how would one go about doing that association? Because editing the requester does not show any option related to that.
