Requester Details - When will we be able to modify
Hi,
I am Trialing Service Desk Plus MSP version and one of the biggest pain points is not being able to modify or customise the requester details in an incident.
Can you provide a definitive answer if this will be fixed or if there no plans to change it.
If it is being looked into, can we have a estimation on when requester detail modification will be available.
