Requester - Additional Field available to filter requests?``

We import requesters from Active Directory daily; however, for a couple of reasons we are not able to reply upon the information contained in the "Site" field in the Requester details. We have employees in roughly 20 buildings located on our campus, and in one building at a different location in the city. I have two people on the Desktop Support team at the off-campus location, and need a way for them to filter the request list for tickets from Requesters at that location. I know that's one thing the Site field is used for, but as I said, we cannot rely on the information in there. We move people around a lot and Active Directory doesn't always get updated as quickly as it should. My solution was to add a Requester Additional Field called Building, and allow requesters to edit their profile to update their building when they move.

Now, I need to be able to filter request lists on the Requester Building field, but I'm not seeing anywhere that I can make this field available. Is this possible?
