Requester add restriction when creating request
when adding a request, is there a way to not allow a user to add a requester if they are not in the dropdown list? The list has lastname firstname and some users are typing in the first and then last name and of course they are not in the list. The user is prompted that the requester does not exist and asks if they want to add them... is there a way to disable this?
