1. We have it enbled to "Prompt a message to the technician confirming the user's acknowledgement to the resolution". There is a comment box under the radio button "Has requester acknowledged the resolution". When I enter comments here, where does it end up? I am unable to find out where they are recorded.
2. If we disable, "Prompt a message to the technician confirming the user's acknowledgement to the resolution", we are no longer presented with the "Close Request" prompt box:
1. I enter a resolution.
2. Change the status to Closed.
3. I hit Save...and it closes the request. I didn't get a chance to enter a Request Closure Code. Now I have to go back into the request and enter the closure code. Is this correct? Seems like an extra step to require the Technician to remember to go back after they have closed the request to enter a close code.
Thank you for your help.
