Requester access to notes & suggestion

We use notes extensively to allow the support team, as well as the end user upto dat with what is being down.

However, when a requester logs in, they have no option to see the note column from their initial display (even if they click on the configure columns button). As a result they then have to go into each request to see if a note has been added.

Question 1 - How can I get requesters to see the notes column on their initial display (My requests/Department requests etc)?

When anyone goes into a request, and reads a note, they then have to scroll all the way back to the top (or press the top button) in order to click 'Actions' -> 'Add Notes'.
If you then forget what it is you are replying to, then you have to drag and scroll this window down to the notes section again.

Question 2 - Can you please make it a priority to include an 'Add Notes' button at the bottom of the notes section (just like you have Reply at the end of each conversation)?

If you can not make this a priority then I very much doubt we will be renewing our contract in a few months time, as we will need something that has been built from a requesters point of view, as well as a technicians.
