Somehow from 7/25/10 around midnight I know longer have the Request Type field as an option. All of my forms are missing this field and you cannot add it when creating a new forms, it's not in the add fields list. The previous tickets do not show the field either but I have the email alerts when the tickets were created over the weekend and they have the request type entered.
If I create a report the request type is not listed. It seems this field has disapeared frm displaying but the data is still stored.
Can anyone help me?
