I have just updated to SD7 v7005. I was very pleased to see the listed feature in the readme that allows the Request Type to be changed, then I discovered that this feature only applies to the ITIL version.
Although it would be nice to use in my version (please), at the moment as it is visible in the Helpdesk Customizer it just causes an unnecessary (but much wanted)step in the process. I guess you can remove it in a future upgrade.
