Typically, our technicians are concerned with two types of tasks, those assigned to them and those that are within their support group but unassigned.
Presently we can see those tasks using a filter in our own view, but on the Home Screen, there is no option to apply a filter. We would love the ability to apply a filter on the Home Screen My Tasks view so that technicians can see only those tasks assigned to them or those tasks that are in their support group but unassigned.
