Request to Close call or resolve call themselves

Request to Close call or resolve call themselves

Is there a way that the REQUESTER can Close or Resolve the call - if they have found a way to fix the problem themselves?

IE - I log a REQUEST call - and later on find that i can fix it myself, But i don't have the Close or RESOLVE button . I have to wait for the Technician to close or resolve it for me.

Is there a way i can allow this?
