Having solutions set to be collapsed by default is horrible. When end users click on the solutions, they have to click on the tiny "more button". The comments area takes up a large amount of space, even when it's empty. It should be simple to add the option in the Solutions Management settings that will set the default view for Solutions to be expanded. I find it difficult to even suggest having our end users rely on it because of this horrible design choice. 

I've reached out to support regarding this, and was told that's just the way it is. I asked them to submit it as a feature request. It's been several months. So I'm asking again.
