Request Timer action - Custom Trigger

Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to set up some automation in ServiceDesk to send notification reminders every 15 minutes. I have set up a request Timer action to trigger the notification, but I am only seeing email notification possibilities and it doesn't seem to be triggering, but maybe my configuration is wrong ?



Ideally, I would like the notification to be visible not only by email but also in the notification section of the ServiceDesk web app, and as push notifications from the app. Is this achievable using ServiceDesk's automation tools?
I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to set this up properly, or if there are any additional tools or plugins that can be used to achieve this functionality.
