Request Templates and inner Tasks
Here are my problems:
- I want to set a Request Template like "New User into organization"
The request template collects all valuable info in the "Subject" and "Description" fields
(new user's name, future email address, and so on)
- I am setting at least two tasks: one for the AD technician, to create the user and one for the e-mail technician, in order to create the e-mail address for the user.
Now the issues:
1) In the present situation, when creating a request based on such a template, both task owners are notified immediately. I want the second technician to be notified only after the first task is done (therefore implementing a workflow), since he will not be able to create the email address unless the ActiveDirectory user is created.
2) I want to pass the valuable information from the request (e.q the name of the future user, taken from the "Description" field) into the inner tasks; therefore, the technician will have all the necessary information in the task text.
