Request template in the directory of services
I have a request template in the directory of services, in a category "Internet" - "the request for access to the Internet". The technical group isn't selected from a template.
Bizness-process is created, that if the category of service of the request coincides about "Internet" that the request gets to group "Software"
But unfortunately it doesn't happen.
Why?
