I think it would be helpful if the "tab" links in a request gave some indication of whether they have any content. Eg Tasks, Checklists, Reminders, Approvals and Worklog could show a count of the number of items in them. For example, if there were 7 subtasks, it could be displayed as "Tasks (7)".

The idea is to show the technician that it's worth opening that tab.

Other ways to indicate contect could be showing the tab bold if it has content, or display a count when the mouse hovers over it.
