Request Summary Report
I need to create a report to hand to the customer detailing the work performed.
The report needs to have fields for date created, request id, date closed, time taken, technician, request description, request resolution, and a place for the customer to sign and date.
The idea is to have the report automatically generated for each request and have the customer to sign off in approval.
