Hi,
I was just curious about the default behavior of ServiceDesk Plus when dealing with requests that have been submitted and have CC or BCC included.
In a particular case we ran into a request was submitted to ServiceDesk Plus via a BCC.
So the email looked something like this
From: One of our users
The request was received and processed by our ServiceDesk Plus without issue.
Then it was reported that the original recipient (the To: address) received an email indicating that a request had been logged.
The request inside ServiceDesk Plus is logged as the "From:" address.
When I checked the conversation of the request I do not see any email being sent to the "To:" address. So I am a little confused as to how the "To:" address received the notification of the request creation.
How exactly does ServiceDesk Plus handle requests submitted in this manor?
Thank you,
Cheers
