Hello,
After upgrading to 7.5 my collegues all reported that they are unable to search in requests. I was the only one who was able to search in requests. After investigating browsers etc I found out that this has to do with language settings. When the english language is selected everything works fine. If we select the Dutch language we are unable to search in requests. This is somewhat annoying.
Kind regards,
Jarry

ps: We need to get used to the new interface, but it is not bad. But to be honest I am a little disappointed in the final release. I hoped some minor (2 minutes) changes would also have been adjusted like suggested on this forum. But unfortunately they are not (like for instance changing the word pickup in the dutch language from "kopieren" to "oppakken".) And I don't think that any of the "new"/"changed" features (except for the interface) matter for us, so after all there seemed to be no reason for upgrading. I think it is a pity that all the things we hoped for did not make it into the release (although some of them were already reported not to be in).
Since you altered the licensing model for the product, maybe it is an idea to also change the pricing accordingly to it. Maybe you can make some sort of license where no upgrades are inlcuded (so only a one time price so people are able to decide for them self, accordingly to the feature list, whether they want to pay for the upgrade, instead of having to pay a license fee each year and then have free upgrades).
