Request Reports - Impact and Urgency missing
Just a quick one...
Is there any reason why Impact and Urgency are not included in the list of Available Columns in a custom report?
Again I would have assumed these fields would be included in the standard list. Could this be added as an 'enhancement' for inclusion in a future release?
Looks like we are going to have to write our own SQL joining query on the Urgency table in the mean time, however the formatting doesn't allow us to, for example, create the matrix reports... :(
