I observed that i am unable to change the template of the request Overdue email.
I receive so many emails from Servicedesk+ regarding calls being logged and closed.
But sometimes i do miss out on some emails deleting them because they are the same emails.
But as far as a request overdue email is concerned I believe it should be highlighted. To do that i need to change the template so that i can keep some specific type of formatting in the mail template.
