Request notifications not working when request is updated or closed.
I have turned on three notification rules;
- Acknowledge requester by e-mail when a new request is received.
- Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is updated.
- Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is closed.
The requester does receive a notification when the request is created.
However they do not receive a notification when a request is updated or closed.
How can i notify the requester when a request is updated or closed?
