Request indicator
It would be useful to have an indicator next to the requestor's name that shows you if they already have any incident/s logged.
If the flag shows that there are other issues logged, you can click on the indicator to show a list of the other requests (just in a pop up window or a new tab)
This means you can reduce the amount of duplicate requests.
Is there something like this already available?! If so, I haven't stumbled across it.
