Request Import via Excel - a couple of issues
First - I'll give you props... I asked for this feature 3 years ago (or something very similar) and finally!!! It seems to work fairly decent other than:
- The Support Rep field does not map automatically. All the other fields do though.
- We 100% need the ability to send emails on creation - to both the contact and the assigned Support Rep.
Other than - we are cool with this and will use it on a very regular basis.
