Request ID gone from number 10 to 301 on new installation
We have just stated to use service desk plus and the request id suddenly went from no 10 and then the next was 301. Would have been nice to continue on from 10. Data in mysql also indicates 1-10 then number 301 onwards.
Any reason why and if so can this be corrected to flow on from 10
