request form out of shape
I'm currently configuring the request form for SD+.
I've added several mandatory fileds, some of which are additional fileds. However, now when users log in (testing as guest user), one of the fileds is disappearing of to the right of the form, making it almost impossible for users to enter data into this additional mandatory field. The filed is called Asset Tag, and is on the right hand side of the form. see attached .jpg.
Any ideas anyone?
