Request Form Customizing in Service Desk 6.0
Hello,
I wonder if there is a way to customize request forms.
I want to be able to create different request forms with different fields in them.
For example, I do not want user to see additional field "User Workstation" when he picks up a "Mail Fetching" request template.
I'm pretty sure that in previous version there was an option which allowed me to do that.
