Request Form Customizer - Requester Can View

Hi Support,

I had an issue regarding Request Form Customizer. When I check only the Requester Can View checkbox on any field (ex.Priority)..basically this would show the Priority of the ticket upon creation and it is not a mandatory field and requester cannot set. But why is it not showing when i create the ticket??.. I only see the field/detail after I created the ticket.
If this feature is normal, why should it be on the requester form customizer??
