Dear All,

Can I have a SQL Query report which will demonstrate the request which is "onhold" for more than 3 Days and is Not "Pending for Approval" with the required below columns:

a) Request ID

b) Requester

c) Created Time

d) Subject

e) Group

f) Technician

g) Approval Status

h) Request Status

Our current built of the application is 14506 and we are using SQL server as a database.
