Request for Guidance on Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus -MSP Upgrade

Hi Support Team

We are currently running ServiceDesk Plus MSP On-Premise version 10.5 (Build 10538). When we previously checked with support, we were informed that our instance is using the free edition without an Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS). However, the application shows the license type as a Registered Version with License ID 10000333812 and Product Edition MSP Standard. Because of this discrepancy, we would like to clarify our actual license status.

We are planning to upgrade the application to version 14.9 (Build 14950) and would like to confirm whether an AMS is required to upgrade to this or any of the intermediate builds, including Build 14000. Please also advise up to which build we can upgrade without an active AMS.

Additionally, we request your guidance on any prerequisites we should complete before beginning the upgrade, along with the correct upgrade procedure to ensure a safe and successful process.
