Hi

I have previously requested this, but never actually got the report. Can someone in support please create a report for me as below? I am using Version : 7.6.0 Build 7611.

 

The columns I need are:

- Group

- Number of requests closed in the previous (or in the selected) month

- Avg number of days taken to close the requests that were closed in the month.
