Request for Single Consolidated API Report

Dear Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We would like to request access to the following statistics via the ServiceDesk Plus API as a single consolidated report (one unified dataset per day per technician). Please provide the data in a structured format (preferably JSON):

  • Daily Total Requests by Technician
  • Daily Open Requests by Technician
  • Daily Closed Requests by Technician
  • Daily Technician FCR (First Call Resolution) Requests
  • Daily Total Tasks (Technician)
  • Daily Open Tasks (Technician)
  • Daily Closed Tasks
  • Daily Number of Solutions created by Technician
  • Daily Number of Changes created by Technician
  • Daily Number of Issues reported by Technician
  • Daily Number of SLA Breached Requests (Technician)

All the above metrics should be delivered within a single unified report response, rather than separate API calls or fragmented endpoints.
