Are there any plans to make the filtering more robust. I am trying to find work arounds to the problems that we have with actually managing requests.

The filtering is just terrible for this purpose. I cannot differentiate between the different requests. I either want to be able view all requests that have been assigned to a single rep (can't), all requests that have been assigned to a single queue and then assigned to a rep (can't), all requests that have been assigned to a category (can't).

This is making our jobs a nightmare when it could very easily be fixed.


I would suggest a drill down filtering tool that allows for great flexibility and granularity. Such as per rep, per status, per category, per priority ... etc.

We like the functionality of the product but as we now have 18 users from 4 departments using it, their is no way to distingish what requests are where.
