Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong ?
I have set the technician administrator with an e-mail.
I've assigned that administrator to a new group called General, and checked the first two boxes for any new request which come to SDP so it sends notification to that administrator after one minute.
After that I created a Bussiness Rule for Forwarding without criteria since all of the request should be forwarded to technician/group. I've just set the action to change a field group to general.
Ive tested and other field to change the request to active, done, assigned to any other technician, and any action applied is visible.
All of the rule changes are instantly applied upon recieveing the e-mail connected to SDP and visible in request list. So the rule by itself is working.
But the notification e-mail to administrators e-mail of picked group is not sent after 1 minute alas never.
What am I doing wrong and why is SDP not sending the notification?
Maybe it cant sent a notification without criteria?
If so, what criteria should I choose so all requests are being forwarded to a group?
I've been to wiki knowledge and I think I applied everything as needed so I'm trying to wrap my head around it why it is not sending a notification e-mail.
This is actually only thing I need it with SDP to work.
Anyone ?
