Hey Team. We are using latest version of On-Prem Service Desk. Postgres SQL Datat base.
Before the upgrade we were using 14.2 Build 14200and we could set automatically change details from te ticket. (Subject, Requestor, Details, Group, Site, etc.)
Now it is working only for Default Standard Template and is not working for other templates defined by us.
Once I will switch to other template all fields are erased
