I am looking at setting up a custom view for requesters, but do not see that option anywhere? I am looking at setting up a view with the name Account - Requests Not Closed.

I am looking for a logged in requestor to be able to see all the requests for his/her account that are in all status's besides closed. I created a view as a technician, but cant see where to do it as a requester.
