We have a test server built so we could test the upgrade from 13009 to 14300. After the upgrade I received a notification as follows:
During the current migration,
some request Custom Filter is not migrated due to unsupported fields
present in it.
The details of the filters are :
[{"name":"advancedSearch_9605","id":1801,"error":"Description
and resolution fields are not supported"}].
To resolve these, please contact support.
The upgrade appears to be successful and I have not found issues navigating through records, reports, etc. I've tried looking through the logs to see what caused the error, but I haven't found anything. Is this something I should be concerned about?
