1. Is there ability to verify a request before it�s assigned to the end technician? Like there is a requester, his department director(s) and technician, before the request is being processed by the technician, it must be verified and confirmed by a director(s).
2. In inventory mode, is there an ability to automatically track assets reassigning from one user to another, like some kind of history.
