We just updated to 8.1.0 build 8112, and since then we've had a little issue.
The issue does not occur everytime, but only sometimes.
When a technican is filling out a request, he fills out all the fields, but after choosing a requester, all the fields that he just filled are cleared, and he can start over.
Is this a common issue, and does anyone have a clue as to what might be the cause of it ?
